1. कौन सी जानकारी ली जाती है
आपका नाम, मोबाइल नंबर, फोटो, आधार नंबर, बैंक खाता विवरण, और आपके काम व अनुभव की जानकारी।
2. यह जानकारी किस उद्देश्य के लिए ली जाती है
केवल आपको काम के अवसरों की सूची में शामिल करने, ठेकेदारों से आपका मिलान करने, और आपकी उपलब्धता व काम के रिकॉर्ड को दिखाने के लिए। Swatah Software आपका डेटा किसी और उद्देश्य के लिए उपयोग नहीं करेगा, और इसे बेचा नहीं जाएगा।
3. सहमति और उसे वापस लेने का अधिकार
काम की सूची में शामिल होना, मिलान होना, और आपकी प्रोफ़ाइल का दिखना — यह सब आपकी सहमति पर निर्भर है। आप किसी भी समय अपनी सहमति वापस ले सकते हैं। सहमति वापस लेने पर आपकी प्रोफ़ाइल सूची से हटा दी जाएगी, लेकिन जिस ठेकेदार के लिए आपने काम किया है उसका वेतन रिकॉर्ड कानून के अनुसार सुरक्षित रहेगा — वह आपका नहीं, आपके नियोक्ता का दायित्व है।
4. आपके अधिकार
- यह जानने का अधिकार कि आपका कौन सा डेटा रखा गया है।
- गलत जानकारी को ठीक करवाने का अधिकार।
- अपनी सहमति वापस लेने और सूची से हटने का अधिकार।
- शिकायत दर्ज करने का अधिकार।
5. लिस्टिंग शुल्क
आप अपनी प्रोफ़ाइल खुद बनाते और अपने फ़ोन से चलाते हैं। सूची में बने रहने का वार्षिक शुल्क ₹99 है, जो केवल UPI से लिया जाता है। यह किसी नौकरी की गारंटी नहीं है। आपकी पहली तैनाती पर यह राशि वापस/समायोजित कर दी जाती है, और भुगतान के 7 दिनों के भीतर बिना किसी कारण पूरी वापसी ली जा सकती है। पूरी शर्तें सेवा शर्तें में देखें।

1. What data is collected
Your name, mobile number, photo, Aadhaar number, bank account details, and your work and experience history.
2. Why it is collected
Only to list you for work opportunities, to match you with contractors, and to show your availability and work record. Swatah Software does not use this data for any other purpose, and does not sell it.
3. Consent, and withdrawing it
Being listed, matched, and having your profile shown all depend on your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing it removes your profile from listing, but the payroll record of any employer you have worked for stays intact as the law requires of them — that record is their obligation, not yours.
4. Your rights
- To know what data of yours is held.
- To have incorrect data corrected.
- To withdraw consent and be delisted.
- To raise a grievance.
5. Listing fee
You create your own profile and run it from your phone. Staying listed costs an annual fee of ₹99, collected by UPI only. It is not a guarantee of work. It is credited back on your first deployment, and is fully refundable within 7 days of payment, no questions asked. The full terms are in the Terms of Service.
